'Alliance Wine has been vital in helping us
redevelop our wine list to match current market trends and
suit our own clientele's demands. They introduced 14 whites, 14
reds and champagne by the glass. We now have a full, competent
wine list, with knock on not only amplified spend by the glass
but additional bottle sales overall. In terms of image
Alliance have helped us raise the bar as customers have
increased awareness of wines above entry level and champagne
by the glass adds a touch of luxury to the overall experience. We
have seen week day wine sales increase by one third and
weekend sales have increased by half!'

This restaurant and bar, with its interesting shabby chic
seasonally inspired, locally sourced food and drinks

whites and 6 reds by the glass, we have had
great success. Previously we only sold 2
inexpensive and convenient wines on
the list 'by the glass'. We were a little
dubious of having the full list 'by the glass'
but we trusted Alliance Wine to deliver
results - customer buying trends were soon
increasing! Customers are enjoying more
interesting and higher priced wines, are
more adventurous and will seize the
opportunity to match food with wine. Across the board we have
seen increased wine sales and stock rotation. Due to a very
effective preservation system we are not worried by wastage.
