The dynamic winemaking team at Indómita skillfully craft wines from their vineyards in two of Chile’s very best regions.
The cooler climate Casablanca is great for Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir while the warmer Maipo Valley offers classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère. Indómita produce superb, expressive wines that are both beautiful and stunning value for money.
Viticulture
The Viognier grapes come from the Santa Carla Vineyards not far from the coast, in Yumbel, Bio Bio, in the South of Chile, 500 km south of the City of Santiago. Loam soils and a cool climate with high winter rainfall and constant winds regulating the temperatures.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel between 13ºC and 15ºC for 20 days. Ageing In stainless steel tanks until bottling. A natural decantation and cold stabilization.

Tasting Note
A delicate light yellow colour. The wine shows clean, elegant and typical Viognier notes, highlighting the citrus notes and flowers. In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh with plenty of volume and density on the finish.
Food Matching
Ideal with appetisers, or for sipping on a warm afternoon. Matches well with light dishes, salad and grilled fish.
