The world’s first low intervention wine that has also been liberated from alcohol. From hand picked grapes in a family owned vineyard situated on volcanic soils near the town of Breganze, in the Veneto region of Italy.
Hand harvested, 100% organic, spontaneous fermentation and micro vinified in barriques and tonneaux.

A supple blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir from Breganze, a town in the Veneto region of Italy. Fermented spontaneously and aged for 12 months, the grapes are hand harvested, 100% organic and micro vinified in barriques and tonneaux. Offering notes of blackberry, blueberry, cherry and wood.
Easy to drink as an aperitif but also with strong-flavoured red meat dishes.
