Area Sales Manager - The South East
Born in North London in the 70's into an Irish folk community
and then spent the next 18 years slowly heading south until he hit
He began his journey into the dark side of wine by designing
& managing bars whilsting drinking his way through Brighton
until the ripe age of 25.
Then he moved to Cornwall where he spent some years at an award
winning restaurant learning how to cook. He began selling ice wine
to the Cornish in a seaside restaurant where he could potter around
the Fal Estuary on his days off trying to outsmart mackerel.
Whilst in Cornwall, he began to study wine and halved his salary
to become a wine raconteur in the independent sector.
After a few years living in the small town of Steyning at the
foot of the South Downs, he has settled for the charms of
Eastbourne with his lovely Maria & nippers Melody (8) and Albie
(5) who he often annoys by playing Wham on the Ukulele.
Proud to have always been a Jedi Knight in the Independent wine
rebellion against the evil generic wine empire.
