Customer Services Executives
Tracey has been part of the Alliance team for over 20 years and
has had various roles as the company has grown. She is currently
looking after the administration for National Accounts, Export,
Wholesale and Alliance Wine Australia customers and really enjoys
her varied role.
In her spare time Tracey enjoys nothing more than spending time
with her husband James, children Jenna and Sam, as well as other
family and friends. Also, when time allows, Tracey can be found
tinkering with beads making jewellery.
Mairi Hodge - Currently on Maternity Leave
Mairi joined the Customer Services team in 2015 and looks after
Scottish trade customers as well as a few London On Trade
customers. Outside of work Mairi enjoys running to keep fit and
socialising with friends and family. Mairi is passionate about wine
and keen to continue to expand her knowledge. She enjoys learning
about wines of the world and finding new favourites.
Stephen joined Alliance Wine in the summer of 2016 and looks
after both on-trade and wholesale customers. It was his background
working in hospitality that made him develop both an interest in
wine, and the beginnings of a relationship with Alliance firstly as
a customer. After a lengthy sojourn into academia, studying
First World War literature, it was time to trade the trenches for
the vineyards. When an opportunity opened up in the customer
services team, Stephen jumped at the chance, and hasn't looked
back…just take a look at his staff account.
Alan joined Alliance in 2018 after many years of carrying
plates, telling food puns and selling wine in the restaurant trade.
Working for the company allows him to justify the vast quantities
of wine that he consumes on a weekly basis as "product knowledge
training". A keen fisherman and shot, he spends most of his free
time outdoors in pursuit of anything with fur, feathers or fins to
have for his dinner. He can also be found at the side of the road
lying underneath his homemade camper van, when something inevitably
Justin joined Alliance Wine in 2018 and looks after both
on-trade and wholesale customers. He comes from an extensive
background working in hospitality, over the course of 16 years he
has managed a number of award winning restaurants. He has lived and
travelled through a number of wine regions as a child growing up
and as a backpacker. This has all helped develop an interest in
wine that led him to join Alliance Wine. Also a keen runner
recently taking up the challenges of Ultra Marathons, anything for
an excuse to celebrate afterwards with good wine.
Siobhan joined Alliance in early 2019 following a successful
career in hospitality management, which sparked her interest in
wine. She thoroughly enjoys working as part of the customer-service
team, a position which allows her to utilise the skills that she
honed in the restaurant trade. When not at her desk Siobhan enjoys
dining out with friends and family. She also loves travelling and
is never happier than when sat in the sun, with good company,
sampling local wines.
Working in hospitality from the age of 16 Chloe seems to have
done every job possible in the industry! Most recently she has been
managing various pubs and restaurants in Ayrshire but has decided
it was time for a change in favour of a better family/ work life
balance. Chloe loves to travel and spends every spare minute and
penny she has in Portugal with her family and extended family
there. But Scotland's always had her heart and she loves driving
around the countryside photographing all the beautiful landscapes
and scenery here. In terms of wine... Chloe favours any excuse to
pop open some bubbles and celebrate!
Alistair joined us in October 2015 after spending many years in
hotels, bars, restaurants and nightclubs in hospitality management.
Naturally this is where he picked up a strong interest for food
& beverages and after joining Alliance he successfully
completed WSET Level 1 and Level 2, and is now looking to further
his drinks knowledge even more.
Well travelled, Alistair spent 2 years in the South of France as
a child and worked in Magaluf as a bar man for a Summer season. He
is now settled down and likes to take life a little easier. He
loves spending time with family and friends, out cycling or at his
local whisky shop for one of their tasting nights. He visits
Murrayfield for the Scotland rugby team's home games which have
become more enjoyable in recent years as they are actually starting
