Work Environment: 

You will be working within a small team putting together travel information for inbound tourists from all over the world travelling to Scotland for holidays, tours, playing golf, whisky and heritage to name but a few.

What might a day in this job look like?

  • Answering telephone calls and taking enquiries
  • Receiving an enquiry from a client and starting to put together a plan based on their requirements
  • Working on social media programmes through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

What will I learn?

  • How to be part of a team and how to build travel programmes for international clients.
  • Problem solving when potentially some things are not available being able to create alternative options within a short space of time.
