A beautiful plateau in Chateauneuf du Pape, and one of its most famous vineyard areas. This area is characterised by deep clay soils and river stones, which retain the heat for extended growing environment for his 100 year old Grenache vines. Guillaume upholds an organic philosophy of viticulture and low intervention winemaking – utilising a gravity system, natural ferments and gentle extraction. His wines are a raw and honest mirror-image of this wonderful terroir.
