Producer Profile

Farming organically to help draw out and capture the best that his terroir can offer, he produces exquisite examples of what Fiano used to be before over production and international popularity devalued this delicate, delicious wine. As a champion of the underdog, Guido also produces a scintillating Greco di Tufo.

Guyot trained vines on clay/ loam soils in the region of Summonte (Avellino). Practice integrated vineyard management techniques with minimal intervention.

Only the healthiest of bunches are hand picked at optimum ripeness then destemmed and gently pressed so that only the juice is extracted. A controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel.

Oak Treatment

No oak treatment.
