A family run business since 1972 consisting of 8 hectares and producing wine from the famous village of Meursault.
Vincent took over from his father Jean in 1998 and now owns 11 hectares of vineyards in Meursault and Chassagne. The name of the winery was changed from Latour-Labille to Domaine Vincent Latour starting, with the 2010 vintage.
Viticulture
A blend of 3 parcels (climats), Meix Chavaux and Vireuils (0.2960 hectares planted in 1998), and Les Crotots (0.466 hectares planted in 1925, 1926, 1992 and 2001)
Winemaking
A traditional fermentation in demi-muids. Aged on the fine lees for 12 months and 4-6 months in vats.

Tasting Note
A beautifully textured and layered wine. Abundant aromas of lemon, peach, and apricot with underlying sweet honeysuckle notes. The palate has crisp acidity leading to citrus and white stone fruits with beautifully integrated subtle oak.
