Viticulture
From the walled Clos de Lulune in southern Beaune, where limestone soils and a cool microclimate deliver freshness and elegance. The vines are farmed organically with great attention to soil life and biodiversity.
Winemaking
Grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented using native yeasts. Aged for around 12 months on fine lees in French oak barrels (20–25% new), which lend a supple roundness and depth without overshadowing the wine’s finesse.
Tasting Note
Refined and expressive, this single-vineyard white Burgundy shows notes of lemon curd, white nectarine, and fresh almonds, with a subtle floral lift and a whisper of oak spice. The palate is textured yet precise, with silky fruit, fine acidity, and a gently mineral finish.
Food Matching
Perfect with lobster ravioli, grilled turbot with beurre blanc, or chicken fricassée with tarragon.
