Viticulture
Sourced from hillside vineyards with stony, limestone-rich soils in the cooler western reaches of the Côte de Beaune. Sustainably farmed with low yields and hand harvesting to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.
Winemaking
Whole bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts. Aged for 10–12 months on fine lees in French oak barrels (around 20% new), giving a subtle creaminess and roundness while retaining fresh, linear precision.
Tasting Note
Bright and elegant, this Saint-Aubin opens with aromas of green apple, lemon peel, and white flowers, underscored by hints of chalk and almond skin. The palate is taut and focused, offering zesty citrus, fine mineral texture, and a clean, lifted finish.
