Thoroughly contemporary in its approach, Bella Modella offers fine yet affordable still wines and Prosecco.

Their range features the Modella Prosecco, a vibrant and fruit-filled wine with a delightfully frothy character — the very epitome of modern Prosecco. Alongside it sits a collection of still wines, including Pinot Grigio, Pinot Grigio Rosé, Lucido–Pinot Grigio, and Primitivo — all offering outstanding value, fresh contemporary style, and elegant presentation.

Viticulture

Calcareous clay soil with marl and sand. Also lapilli and lava slag originating from the volcanic complex of the Alban hills.

Winemaking

Manual and automated grape harvest, soft pressing and fermentation without maceration using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C. Storage in steel tanks at controlled temperature always below 20 ° trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Stabilization and cold bottling by means of isobaric filler.

Tasting Note

This delicate rosé is fresh and fruity, with light notes of wild flowers and fresh fruit. The palate is fresh, light minerality, balanced and persistent. Good fruity notes with light aromatic finish.

Food matching

Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, risottos and fish-based first courses. Suitable with fresh cheeses, vegetables and white meats.
