Their range features the Modella Prosecco, a vibrant and fruit-filled wine with a delightfully frothy character — the very epitome of modern Prosecco. Viticulture

The grapes for Bella Modella Prosecco hail from fantastic sites that have perfect exposure to the sun. Picking takes place early in the morning to preserve the acidity of the grapes. Specific trimming of grapes. Minimum fertilisation and use of chemicals.

Winemaking

Vinification without maceration of skins. Temperature controlled fermentation, kept between 18-22oC. Filtration and cooling of the wine to avoid malolactic.
