Viticulture

Crafted in the Languedoc, amid a landscape of rugged beauty and aromatic garrigue, this Sauvignon Blanc expresses the essence of southern France. Wild herbs, native flowers and Mediterranean influences shape a wine of lively freshness, bright fruit and refined regional character.

Winemaking

After a gentle pressing, the fermentation is carried out at a cool temperature to enhance the freshness and the crisp ripe fruit flavours.

Tasting Note

Bright straw in colour, showing herbal, citrus and savoury notes with a peppery lift. Aromas and flavours of lemon verbena and tropical fruit lead into a round, vibrant palate with a dry, light-bodied finish.

Food matching

Just simply delicious on its own as an apéritif, with seafood, BBQ or salads.
