Viticulture
Grown on classic clay-limestone soils across selected parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with manual harvesting and careful vineyard management to preserve site character and freshness.
Winemaking
Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, fermented with native yeasts. Aged for 12–14 months in French oak barrels (25–30% new), with regular lees stirring to add depth and texture while maintaining clarity and elegance.
Tasting Note
Aromas of ripe stone fruit, lemon oil, and fresh hazelnuts, with underlying notes of blossom, struck flint, and gentle oak spice. The palate is full and finely structured, balancing richness with crystalline acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Food Matching
Perfect with butter-poached lobster, veal blanquette, or wild mushroom vol-au-vent.
