Winemaking
100% Godello grapes. Destemming and whole-grain maceration before pneumatic pressing for one hour. Must separation. Static racking. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging on its fine lees for 6/7 months.

Tasting Note
This Godello is elegant and has intense freshness on the nose, plenty of green apple, melon, mineral and lemon and a long finish, and a deep creaminess at the end.
