Crafted in the Languedoc, amidst the region's untamed garrigue and Mediterranean vegetation, this Merlot reflects the authentic character of southern France. The wild landscape, rich in aromatic herbs and biodiversity, lends elegance, freshness and regional expression to the wine.

Winemaking

After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a maceration and fermented under temperature controlled conditions.

Tasting Note

Aromas of spice & red fruit with a rich, blackcurrant laden palate. This medium-bodied, well-balanced red reflects the terroir of the region.
