Winemaking

After a gentle pressing, the fermentation is carried out at a cool temperature to enhance the freshness and the crisp ripe fruit flavours.

Tasting Note

Citrus aromas lead to crisp, ripe fruit on the palate. A rich, textured white that carries a long and vibrant mineral dry finish.

Food matching

Just simply delicious on its own as an apéritif, with seafood, BBQ or salads.
