Casa Del Arco, Blanco, Vino de España, Spain

Producer Profile
One of the charms of Spain is its relaxed lifestyle, especially the time spent with friends and family sharing meals.
Whether it’s around the kitchen table, in a restaurant, or on the beach, what drives moments like these is top-quality Spanish produce like ripe tomatoes from the ‘huerta’, bomba rice from the Ebro delta, delicious Jamón Ibérico, or fresh seafood from Galicia – all washed down with a glass or two of wine. And that is where Casa del Arco comes in: a range of simple, unpretentious reds and whites made from traditional Spanish grape varieties. Sometimes life is life is too short for complexity: just sit down, pour and enjoy!
Viticulture
The vines average between 5 and 40 years of age and are grown on clay, chalk and sandy soils where the climate is predominately Mediterranean.
Winemaking
A stainless steel fermentation followed by gentle filtration and cold stabilisaton. No malolactic fermentation.
