Viticulture
Grown on nutrient-rich calcareous clay soils, these vines have been certified organic since 2003. The vineyard embraces natural practices, avoiding synthetic chemicals and relying instead on carefully selected treatments made from sulfur, copper, and plant-based materials. Harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness, the grapes reflect a commitment to purity and quality from vine to bottle.
Winemaking
Grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed, with fermentation occurring naturally through native yeasts and without temperature regulation. The wine is then nurtured for 18 months in French oak barrels, developing complexity and depth. It is bottled unfiltered and unclarified, with only minimal sulfur added to preserve its pure expression.
Tasting Note
This white wine offers a refined and elegant profile, with aromas of crisp green apple and ripe pear, brightened by subtle lemon notes and a delicate vanilla hint from barrel aging. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, featuring well-integrated acidity that enhances its fruity character and a smooth, inviting texture that lingers beautifully.
