Winemaking

After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a maceration and fermented under temperature controlled conditions.

Tasting Note

Aromas of spice & red fruit with a rich, blackcurrant laden palate. This medium-bodied, well-balanced red reflects the terroir of the region.
