Viticulture
Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot practices organic viticulture, abstaining from synthetic herbicides and pesticides. They favour traditional vineyard management techniques, including regular plowing and short pruning, to maintain low yields between 35-45 hl/ha. Tasting Note
This wine displays a deep ruby colour and aromas of dark fruits like black cherry, blackberry, and plum, along with hints of spices, earth, and floral notes. On the palate is a nice balance of fruit and acidity, rounded tannins, and a long, elegant finish.
